Candice Jean Adams, 66 of Apalachicola, FL passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones at the Elizabeth House in Hendersonville, NC. She was born in Greenwich, CT on January 11, 1956 to the late Elaine Pierce Smith and the late Charles Schmaling. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Steven Harrison and two sisters, Linda and Pat Schmaling; and her step-father, Ray Smith.Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Scarlett, Stephen and Stevie Harrison, Emily and Claire Adams and Desire Langone; grandchildren, Kaylyn Stone, Kaynyn Dewberry, Maddix Paul, Harrison Hopkins, Shiloh and Maddison Harrison, Emma Babbs and Neaveh Hopkins; great-grandchild, Leighton Stone; one sister, Tammy Hampton; and special friends, Holly Furr and Emily Sullivan.
