Cynthia “Cindy” Leann Howard of Candler was born on September 17, 1957, to the late Jesse James Shaffer and Helen Russell Shaffer. She passed away on December 18, 2024 after a very sudden decline in health.

Cynthia “Cindy” is survived by her loving husband Joey Howard of 25 years, her sons Chris Tarske, and Justin Howard her fur dogs, Dozer, Maggie and Cheyenne and many loyal friends.

Cynthia “Cindy” was a loving wife, mother, loving dog mom, Cindy enjoyed Ultimate Air Dog sports with her dogs, loved being a hair dresser, and her job at the ABC on Patton Ave. Cindy was very hard working, and she was an strong wife and mom.

A Celebration of Cindy will be held at a later date.
