Obituary For Georgia Loretta Lanning
Georgia Loretta Lanning, 64 of Hendersonville passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Mission Hospital. A lifelong native of Henderson County she was born on July 16, 1958 to the late Georgia Lorraine Capps. She was also preceded in death by her stepson, Thomas Moffit.
Georgia loved her family and was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed shopping trips to the Goodwill and before her health no longer allowed, she enjoyed trips to the beach.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 39 years, Roger Douglas Lanning; two sisters, Nora Capps and Sandra Norton, children, Melissa White and Kevin Beddingfield; grandchildren, Tyler and Aaron White, Jonathan and Thomas Beddingfield, Diamond Kalanarhos Briana Ray and Savannah Hensley; great-grandchildren, Rayleigh, Georgia, Oliviah, Avery and Jaxlyn White; and two soon to arrive great-grandchildren, Bentley Beddingfield and Ezekiel White.
Private family services will be held.
