Obituary For Ramona Jean Zaremba

Ramona Jean Zaremba, 67 of Fletcher passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was the daughter of the late James Rabon Phillips and Bonnie Jean Sheppard. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Zaremba, Jr.; and infant sister, Carmen Yvonne Phillips.

Ramona loved her flowers, gardening, and dancing. Her loss is incomprehensible, and she will forever be missed. She leaves us with “I did the best I could in all the roles of my life - child, sibling, daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, friend, and wife. I have been happy, I have been thankful for all my blessings in my life, which are too numerous to count."

Surviving to cherish her memory is a daughter, Jennifer Morrison (James); a son, Paul Zaremba; grandchildren, Eddie and Zane Zaremba, Trevor, Julia and Tristan Metz, and Mary Scarlett Morrison; three sisters, Glenda Phillips, Tina Perry (Fred) and Sharon Blythe (Phil); a brother, Robert Phillips (Cyndi); her niece, Caitlin Phillips Welke, and nephew, Joshua Gravley (Laura); and her extended family both in NC and FL, whom she loved very much.

A service remembrance will be held at 2pm on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Skyland United Methodist Church.

Memorials may be made to: The Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome Research Foundation 1829 Reisterstown Road, Suite 100 Pikesville, MD 21208 or through EDSRF on PayPal
