Obituary For Vereda Ann Bryson

Vereda Ann Bryson, 69, of Lake Toxaway, was received by her Savior. Sunday, May 1, 2022,
She was the daughter of James Vernon and Beatrice (Ducky) Fisher Mason.

Though I knew her as mom, she was many things. She was a poet, a painter and artist and loved many things deeply. She was all the things a child could ask for in a mom. She loved with open arms and an open heart.... she even loved me.... So to say the least of an individual's life is a hard task. But she wanted the world to know she cared and the oaths she took always remained true.

So to mom, while here you taught me many things even as the body grew tired and your words did stumble and now that the emerald isles have fallen into the centered velveteen void, the words you said to me in a time of need years ago still resound true:

"Today hurts my child. But love carries on, like waves on the rocky shore even the greatest of stones will crumble at its might"

She was preceded in death by her beloved friend Brenda Mccall,

She is survived by her son, Patrick Bryson, and cousin Pat Matthews, someone she loved dearly.

A memorial fund has been set up to help with her final expenses. Please click the link to the left "Helping the family of Vereda Bryson" to contribute in her memory.
