Dealing with the unexpected death of our mother, we turned to MVC&FC to help coordinate her cremation. From beginning to end, Rachel was helpful and up front. She explained the various options without any heavy-handed sales pitch. Very last minute, MVC&FC took over as if they'd been planning to assist all along. During such stressful times, it's so helpful to receive prompt, professional service. We highly recommend Rachel and MVC&FC!

Rachel has been the biggest blessing since the first moment we called, I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle this as gracefully as she has. She has handled this complicated situation like it was her own family member from the start and I could not be more grateful for such a compassionate and helpful person. Cindy at Mountain View was available to me each step of the way through my wife's terminal illness. From the day I came in to prearrange what was unfortunately, an impending certainty, to their people's arrival at our home on the after hours, fateful night they were needed to remove her, to keeping me informed as to the status of the cremation and post-mortem procedures and finally to commencing business with payment after all the other necessities were taken care of. It is a good to have one less thing to worry about during such a terrible time in one's life, and I appreciate Mountain View making it easy as such a hard time can be made.

Cindy and Rachael went above and beyond in their commitment to me. There were a couple delays caused by me and they were more than kind. It is my pleasure to report my very positive experience with Mountain View, and Cindy, in what could have been a very stressful time for me…..dealing not only with Hospice, but being alone and having to deal with the death of my husband. Cindy was so patient on a daily basis, walking me through all the necessary preparations taking care of detail upon detail. All the time, I never had to leave my house and travel to her. At the end, 2 gentlemen came in coats and ties, so professional and caring and personable. I really had to do nothing and finally Cindy did all the necessary notifications required after the fact. I am right now in the process of preplanning arrangements for myself!

This isn't the sort of review that you want to have to write, but I think it's important to know who you can trust during what's probably the most stressful time in your life. Mountain View Cremation and Funeral Care took care of my husband when he passed. The staff was always immediately responsive to questions or concerns. The funeral director, Cindy, was invariably patient and kind. She gave clear descriptions of the services and costs involved and never tried to upsell me or denigrate my choices. She provided good advice about notifications and other details and was overall a warm, steading presence for me throughout our association. I sincerely hope you do not need her services but should the occasion arise I can absolutely recommend her.

My son Frank Soloman Connelly, Asheville, NC, passed away suddenly , D.O.D, 12/12/2021. We live in Gilbert AZ so long distance arrangements were going to be very difficult.
